O-Ring For Drinking Water Filter

Not sure why you sent this review to me because I don't have a drinking water filter but I do have a shower filter and it has been dripping from the casement since the last replacement filter I purchased. I have tried to work with customer service through

I emailed the customer service email explaining that my o-ring snapped. Within an hour someone responded telling me he would put several new o-rings in the mail. In a couple days I had my new o-rings. I wish all companies had this type of customer

I’ve used their filters for many years in my kitchen and bathrooms. I feel safer knowing that the chemicals that are actually in my local water are being filtered out. They also have excellent customer service for answering questions, and one time replacing
